Luke's Summer Camp - William Lawrence

We, nervously, dropped Luke off for his first overnight camp experience.  Two weeks, no contact other than letters back and forth. It was harder than I thought it would be.  Not knowing, was he having fun? making friends? eating the food? warm at night? pack everything he needed?
We did get a few postcards over the two weeks which we were very grateful for.  The camp also posted pictures roughly every four days so we were able to catch some glimpses of Luke here and there.

Of course, when we picked him up, he loved everything about camp and wished he could have stayed longer.  Two weeks was long enough for mom and dad.  Sounds like Luke was able to do so many fun things: swimming, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, tubing, archery, overnight adventures, baseball, ga-ga-ball, art, woodworking, the list goes on and on . And he met some great friends from all over the country and the world!  I think this may be an annual for Luke going forward.
