Spring Fishing

We love living within walking distance to a lake, if we can't have the ocean, it is the next best thing.  Kids have been lovin' the spring fishing so far this year.

OUTSIDE!!!

We almost forgot how to play outside but in the last couple weeks the snow has melted enough (still small pockets remain!) to get out and enjoy the warmer temps.  It was a long winter and everyone is ready for some fresh air and sun.

Luke had a school project called a bottle biography.  He had to read and write about a person from history.  He then had to create one of these bottle things of the person.  I had never heard of this but if you google it, apparently this is a thing.  Of course, Luke picked a sports figure, but ONLY wanted to show him in the Sox uniform (for good reason!). 

 

Jay and I went to Luke's open house and was able to see them all on display along with a number of other works of Luke's.
