Babe Ruth

Luke had a school project called a bottle biography.  He had to read and write about a person from history.  He then had to create one of these bottle things of the person.  I had never heard of this but if you google it, apparently this is a thing.  Of course, Luke picked a sports figure, but ONLY wanted to show him in the Sox uniform (for good reason!). 

 

Jay and I went to Luke's open house and was able to see them all on display along with a number of other works of Luke's.

Easter Prep -

The kids have been busy prepping for Easter.  Angie has been helping!  She bought the kids an egg coloring kit and they colored eggs with the neighbors.  She also made them the cutest little Easter car treats with Twinkies.

Dear Jesus....

Luke had a retreat for CCD and had to write a letter to Jesus. 

Luke is clearly thankful for his sports heroes.

 

I guess he doesn't plan on communicating with Jesus much after this as apparent in the "PS see you in heaven" comment.

 

 

CAbi...for kids??

I had a CAbi party on Friday night.  Paige was SO excited to try on some of the samples. They were falling off of her but she didn't care.  My fashionista!!!
