BEST DINNER EVER!!!

Today, the kids came down for dinner. They were both SO excited.  Paige started jumping around chanting "THIS IS THE BEST DINNER EVER!!" 
Notice the lack of color in this meal. Left to their own devices they would clearly be eating fried food every day....wait, that's called college.

FORT

One of Luke's favorite pasttimes is making forts.  Here is one of his latest . He always wants to sleep in his fort creations. This one he has slept in for the past two nights.

Bible Camp -

Luke just finished a week of bible camp through the catholic church in our village.  He loved it!  It might have been his favorite camp yet.  Paige was a year too young to do it as they had to be entering K but Luke had a few friends that were also there. 

The camp was so well run and very organized.  Each day they had a theme down to the snacks they made (Moses burning bush desserts made from pretzels, icing and red sprinkles).  I was very impressed and thrilled that Luke had such a great time.

It's a Girl!

By the end of the summer these kids are going to be brown as a berry!  They can't get enough of the sun.  I'm doing my best with the sunscreen so no burns.  Having lunch outside.  They love playing in the pool in the backyard.  Who needs in-ground when you have the Target blowup $19.99 special!

 

Swim Lessons

Kids are doing another year of Miss Heidi's swim lessons.  She is great.  5 weeks in the summer, twice a week and they really get so much out of it.  The both love to swim.
