Trip to Ohio
We had a great summer vacation in Ohio again this year. I flew with the kids alone (luckily they were good) and Jay met us out there a few days later. We kept the kids moving with lots of activities, they had a blast!!!
Paige was very good with Ali at the airport, mini-momma -
At the pond catching fish. Tally, Paige-5, Luke-2 before he lost interest and went hunting for frogs.
The kids loved playing with their box city -
Took the kids to Skyzone one day -
Baby presses -
Trip to the water park is becoming an annual favorite. Luke had no problem going down the steepest slides but the highlight might have been seeing the entire OSU football team -
We took the kids to a Columbus Clippers minor league baseball game, Luke was excited to catch a ball and a pizza box good for a free pizza -
During the downtime, we swam with the neighbors -
Luke wouldn't let us leave Ohio without a trip to the Columbus Zoo -
We got our Skyline fix, Paige had her first real 3 way and loved it!!!
Then we got our Graters fix too!!!
Until next year....

Summer Baseball
Luke played in a summer baseball league.
His team was mostly 9 and 10 year olds. Although they didn’t end up with a winning
record (or even a single game for that matter) they made some great
progress. Luke made buddies with some
kids in the older grades.
A much deserved treat to finish off the season -

Summer Vacation Part 1
What have we been up to thus far on our summer vacation????
Lots of baking (with our winter hats on!) -
And of course doing the dishes -
We went to the Holliston carnival with some friends. Kids LOVED it. We saw half the town there which was fun for the kids to see their friends outside of school -
Partying until the wee hours -
Who sees #1??
Time to get up? NOPE...schools out...back to sleep!
We went to a Lowell Spinners game with some friends. Very family friendly, so much so that there isn't a whole lot of time to watch the actual game -
Played hairdressers -
Got a lot of yard work done!
Went to work with dad....
then went to work with mom -
Movies with popcorn and goggles???
We hung out at the lake with friends -
Drove around town -
Luke/Daddy Red Sox game -
Keeping cool with lots of sweet treats -
Cooling off....
And warming up-
Trying on the new winter boots (always gotta be prepared for a Nor'easter!) -
Private screening of movies??
We must, at times, recharge the batteries -
